The staff was friendly and helpful. I found a vegan breakfast available. The room I had was cozy. The bed was also soft.
The hotel did not have central heating. One of the electric heaters did not work. The room felt cold as a result. I also noticed the drains smelled in the shower room.

I found the staff very kind and helpful with insightful advice regarding the local area. The hotel facilities were clean and orderly, something I valued. The in-room amenities exceeded my expectations. USB points were conveniently located near the bed.
I experienced some noise disturbances with people running around at 4 AM, which caused my dog to bark and prevented proper sleep. It would be ideal to have better sound insulation in the rooms.
