FANTASTIC stay!
efficient check-in great decor yummy breakfast
Check-in was speedy and efficient. The room's decor had a nice touch with great storage space. The breakfast was VERY yummy (especially the English breakfast!). I could pay for a parking permit DIRECTLY from the accommodation, and parking was available close by, only a couple of streets away.
The room was somewhat noisy due to street activity at night.

The staff was cute and always available to help with any requests. The receptionist offered a warm greeting upon arrival, showing genuine kindness. The service really enhanced the overall experience (i felt very pampered!).

The hotel has a superb location, within walking distance to the town centre. Finding the hotel was straightforward. It suited perfectly my exploration plans (it was so close to everything!).

noisy street endless stairs
my room faced the street, it was quite noisy at night. i think some secondary glazing would really help that. also the stairs i swear they went on forever i was on the second floor and it was like climbing everest not fun with luggage

excellent experience
warm welcome seaside walks
the staff was friendly and gave a warm welcome. they shared all necessary details. the location proved ideal for seaside walks. the room felt spacious, complementing the hotel well. the shower was excellent.
our room faced the street. street noise at night was noticeable. we realized there was no secondary glazing. this could help reduce noise. many stairs led to our second-floor room. this might be a problem for some guests.

Breakfast offered several options. we enjoyed the english breakfast. there was also chef's breakfast. Both were tasty and faultless. toast with jam, marmalade, or honey accompanied the meal. coffee, tea, and juices were available.

the location is central. it is within walking distance of brighton city centre. the seafront is easily accessible. the royal pavilion is also nearby. these locations make it easy to explore.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found a vegan breakfast available. The room I had was cozy. The bed was also soft.
The hotel did not have central heating. One of the electric heaters did not work. The room felt cold as a result. I also noticed the drains smelled in the shower room.

Charming Stay with Excellent Service
helpful staff convenient location
I found the staff very kind and helpful with insightful advice regarding the local area. The hotel facilities were clean and orderly, something I valued. The in-room amenities exceeded my expectations. USB points were conveniently located near the bed.
I experienced some noise disturbances with people running around at 4 AM, which caused my dog to bark and prevented proper sleep. It would be ideal to have better sound insulation in the rooms.
